Welcome to Rug Prime! By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

Rug Prime specializes in the sale and washing of rugs.
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Sale of Rugs

Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our rugs. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to screen settings or handmade nature.
Pricing: All prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and availability of the product.

3. Rug Washing Services

Service Description: We offer professional rug washing services to clean and maintain your rugs.
Drop-off and Pick-up: Customers are responsible for dropping off and picking up their rugs at our designated location unless delivery services are arranged.
Inspection: We will inspect your rug before washing and notify you of any pre-existing damage or concerns.
Liability: While we take utmost care, Rug Prime is not responsible for damage to rugs that are fragile, improperly maintained, or have pre-existing conditions.

4. Returns and Refunds (Sale Items)

Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for rugs purchased at regular price. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Conditions: The rug must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 2 days (WA) or 30 days (other states) from the date of purchase.
Restocking Fee: A $30 restocking fee will apply to all returns.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped.
Service Cancellation: Rug washing appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rug Prime is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or service is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during your purchase or service will be used solely for processing your order and improving your experience. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns and Refunds

Time Limit for Returns:
- If you live in Western Australia (WA), you have 2 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- For all other states, you have 30 days from the date of purchase.
- After this time, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Conditions for Returns:
- The rug must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the item back to our warehouse in Western Australia.
A $30 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at rugprime1@gmail.com to get instructions on how to return your item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and check your returned item, we will email you to let you know if your refund is approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the money will be returned to your original payment method.
Please note that a $30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Sale Items

Refunds are only available for items purchased at the regular price.
Items bought on sale cannot be refunded
