- Rug Prime specializes in the sale and washing of rugs.
- By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Sale of Rugs
- Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our rugs. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to screen settings or handmade nature.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
- Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and availability of the product.
3. Rug Washing Services
- Service Description: We offer professional rug washing services to clean and maintain your rugs.
- Drop-off and Pick-up: Customers are responsible for dropping off and picking up their rugs at our designated location unless delivery services are arranged.
- Inspection: We will inspect your rug before washing and notify you of any pre-existing damage or concerns.
- Liability: While we take utmost care, Rug Prime is not responsible for damage to rugs that are fragile, improperly maintained, or have pre-existing conditions.
4. Returns and Refunds (Sale Items)
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for rugs purchased at regular price. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Conditions: The rug must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 2 days (WA) or 30 days (other states) from the date of purchase.
- Restocking Fee: A $30 restocking fee will apply to all returns.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped.
- Service Cancellation: Rug washing appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Rug Prime is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or service is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.
